Leadership and Excellence

Our goal is to support all employees and learners, regardless of position or title, in achieving excellence and sense of purpose in their work. 

The Leadership and Excellence area is led by Mary Dobbins helps individual discover their own leadership characteristics, explore their vision for their work, and develop the skills and strategies that help them achieve their vision.

This area of cHOP helps facilitate the development of interpersonal skills, constructive management techniques, effective leadership for teams, and infrastructural support for a healthy workplace culture.

• Individual coaching
• Book clubs
• Student electives
• Balint group discussions (professional group debriefings)
• Group workshops and retreats
• Accelerate leadership development course (year-long course for employees)
• Resident leadership course (in development)
