About the presenter: 

Thomas J. Arkell is partner with Dunn Law Firm, LLP, which was founded in 1915. He has over 25 years of experience in immigration law. He earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Notre Dame where he was an international student before becoming a permanent resident and then U.S. citizen. Having gone through the process himself, he knows how important the process is. Mr. Arkell and his team have successfully filed green card applications on behalf of thousands of researchers, scientists and professors throughout the United States. Mr. Arkell is a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
