SIU medical students step out of the classrooms and clinics and into the community for a Student Day of Service on Saturday, August 24.
Learners will tackle chores in the Springfield neighborhoods adjacent to the Mid-Illinois Medical District that include alley clean-up, maintenance and landscaping improvements at Enos Park, Pillsbury Mills and their community gardens.
