Interlibrary Loan And Document Delivery Fee Schedule

*We do not loan outside the continental United States. CDs and DVDs do not circulate with books.
These fees also apply to unaffiliated health professionals who request documents through the Loansome Doc component of Pub Med. Documents not available from the SIU Medical Library collection and supplied from another library will incur a $11.00 flat fee plus the publisher's royalty fee. Prior approval will be requested..

NOTE: The above fees do not apply to institutions functioning under reciprocal agreements with the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine Library. Reciprocal institutions include other SIU campuses, affiliated hospitals, I-Share members, and other libraries with individual written reciprocal document delivery agreements.
