Lindsay Karson, MD
About me
Dr. Linsday Karson has lived in Illinois her whole life. She completed my undergraduate degree in Neuroscience and enjoyed medical school in Chicago.
Her immediate and extended family are scattered throughout Chicagoland and she loves the close proximity to them. A career in lifelong learning combined with solving puzzles drew her to Radiology.
She loves attending book conventions, playing tennis, and spending too much time on new video games. Recently, Dr. Karson set up her own personal library; it’s fun to pick out books from authors she's met. She also loves tutoring students and working with them on applications and standardized test studying to meet their goals. She enjoys exploring Springfield with her toddlers.

The SIU program has a reputation for being a great place to learn. Springfield is close to home, and we have a family friend who is in residency here and enjoys it.
