Luna Noel, DMSc, PA-C

Luna Noel, DMSc, MHA, PA-C practices in rural, primary care in Hawaii. Prior to becoming a PA, Dr. Noel spent 25 years in healthcare administration, both on the provider side as well as the payer side. Dr. Noel has been in PA education since 2021, and previously taught Healthcare Administration courses as well. Dr. Noel holds a BA in English from University of Colorado, an MHA from Mercer University, a MMS in PA studies from Nova Southeastern University and a DMSc from SIU.
