    About me

As a Ph.D. biostatistician engaged in a clinical academic setting, my career is driven by a passionate commitment to advancing biomedical research, improving patient outcomes, and bridging the gap between basic science discoveries and clinical applications. With a multifaceted background in biostatistics, encompassing both basic science and clinical research, I am uniquely positioned to address complex research questions spanning diverse disease areas and translational research domains.

Through rigorous training and collaborative research experiences, I have cultivated a diverse skill set grounded in advanced statistical methodologies, computational analysis techniques, and interdisciplinary research approaches. This foundation has empowered me to navigate the intricate landscape of biomedical research, from elucidating fundamental disease mechanisms in the laboratory to optimizing clinical trial design and analysis in the patient care setting.

In collaboration with basic science investigators, I have applied innovative statistical techniques to analyze high-dimensional omics data, identify disease biomarkers, and unravel intricate gene regulatory networks underlying complex diseases. These efforts have contributed to a deeper understanding of disease heterogeneity, treatment response variability, and personalized medicine approaches.

Through my collaborative efforts with basic scientists, clinicians, and healthcare stakeholders, I am committed to driving transformative changes in healthcare delivery, fostering precision medicine approaches, and ultimately contributing to the collective pursuit of improving patient care outcomes and advancing scientific knowledge at the interface of basic science and clinical research.
