Alumni Night at the Springfield Muni Opera
Saturday, May 31 | Pre-Show 6pm | Showtime 8:30 pm
Pre-Show at the Muni Pavilion. Exclusively for our alumni, we will enjoy heavy appetizers and sweets along with wine, beer, seltzers, while socializing before the show.
Showtime will be about dusk (8:30 pm) when we will head from the pavilion to our reserved seats.
Something Rotten! is a musical comedy, set in 1595, that follows the Bottom brothers, Nick and Nigel, as they struggle for theatrical success under Shakespeare’s shadow. Desperate to outshine him, Nick consults a soothsayer who predicts theatre’s future lies in acting, singing, and dancing—leading them to create the first musical.
Registration fee of $30 includes your reserved ticket to the show with unlimited food and drinks during the pre-show.
