The goal of our program is to train highly motivated students for careers in teaching and research in universities, industry and government
Cutting-edge research and advanced training in tumor immunology, cancer biology and targeting, stem cell biology and lineage differentiation, vascular biology, reproductive immunology, genome biology and mechanisms controlling gene expression.
Faculty laboratories occupy new and renovated laboratory space and their research is supported by Core Molecular, Imaging and Flow Cytometry Research facilities and a centralized tissue bank.

Students applying to Interdisciplinary Rotations-Springfield can select laboratory rotations in 1) Cell Biology, Immunology & Cancer Biology OR 2) Pharmacology & Neuroscience

The Concentration in Cell Biology, Immunology & Cancer Biology offers research assistantships with a tuition waiver to qualified applicants accepted into the Concentration
