Applicants can be no more than 5 years post MD graduation.
USMLE 1 and COMPLEX-USA Level 1 with Pass on the first try. USMLE 2 score must be at least 215 on the exam on the first attempt or COMLEX-USA 2 CE ≥ 500.

We offer 4 spots each year.
We begin accepting applications in September each year.
Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first serve basis.
Once the interview schedule is filled, we stop reviewing.
Interviews are conducted in November and December.

Complete ERAS Application or alternate application if another application service is used by the specialty
Medical school transcripts
Dean’s letter (MSPE)
Minimum 3 letters of recommendation
USMLE or COMLEX transcripts
Ability to meet the Illinois Medical Licensure Requirements
Incomplete applications and those not meeting program requirements will not be reviewed.
