Welcome to the Office of Police and Security at SIU Medicine. Our primary aim is to maintain the health, safety and well-being of everyone involved in our organization, from patients and visitors to faculty, clinicians, residents and students.
Our highly trained police and security staff ensure our campuses remain safe and accessible to all. We strive to promote transparency by releasing annual security reports and regularly encourage feedback from our community. Our security team is also dedicated to advancing our awareness and practical application of important topics including antiracism, equity and cultural sensitivity.
