This observational study compares outcomes for caregivers of patients with new onset schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or schizophreniform disorder who receive a program of online psychoeducational training versus support as usual.  Caregiver health status, patient outcomes, satisfaction, and various subjective parameters will be measured over a 12-month period. Patients must be taking oral antipsychotic medication or receiving depot paliperidone. This is part of a series of studies looking to understand how to improve overall outcomes in medicated patients with these usually chronic and severe disorders.
