Accelerate Program FAQs
The Accelerate Program is an offering of cHOP to help developing leaders leverage their skills in key domains pertinent to their effectiveness as managers and leaders in our organization.

Designed as a 12-month program, Accelerate features six live sessions, as well as coaching and group discussion to support participants' leadership journeys. The readings and videos will typically take 4-6 hours of prep time between sessions, or approximately 1 hour per week. All participants are expected to participate in all of the group sessions in order to benefit from the program, and should make every effort to protect the time for the same.
