Community Support Network The mission of the Community Support Network (CSN) is to meet the mental health needs of individuals with chronic and severe mental illness residing in Springfield. The Department of Neurology has a mission to improve the quality of neurologic care for the population of central and southern Illinois through education, research, clinical practice and community service.
