John Bresett, MS Graduate Assistant Department of Population Science and Policy Contact john.bresett@siu.edu Primary Responsibilities My primary responsibility for the Department of Population Science and Policy is to assist in research aimed at improving health outcomes in central and southern Illinois. About I earned my bachelor’s degree in anthropology in May 2015 from the State University of New York at Potsdam. After completing my program, I worked as a substance-abuse counselor for two years. After my first year, I decided to continue my education and pursue a master's degree in
