Structure

The structure of the Year 3 neurology clerkship consists of two weeks of inpatient service experiences and outpatient clinic rotations. The specialty areas in neurology include Alzheimer’s Disease, Epilepsy, Neuro-Oncology, Neuromuscular Medicine, Neuropathology, Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders, and Vascular Neurology, (Stroke). In addition to the adult neurology clinics, students who are interested may request a rotation in pediatric neurology and neurosurgery.
